We make every reasonable effort to ensure product descriptions, photographs and colours are accurate. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, and minor differences in appearance may occur between digital images and the finished product.
Measurements shown in our size guides are intended to assist customers in selecting the most suitable size but should be treated as approximate.
Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the ordering process is accurate and complete.
Your order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been accepted or dispatched. Until that point, we reserve the right to decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

An inability to fulfil the order.
If payment has already been taken for an order that cannot be fulfilled, we will refund the amount paid without undue delay.
Pricing and payment
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change at any time but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Discounts and promotional codes
From time to time, Form & Fortitude may offer promotional discounts, voucher codes or special offers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:

Only one promotional code may be used per order.

Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

Promotional codes cannot be applied retrospectively to orders that have already been placed.

Promotional codes may have an expiry date and any additional terms stated at the time they are issued.

Promotional codes may exclude certain products, collections or sale items.
Family and friends discount codes are intended solely for the person to whom they are issued. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where we reasonably believe a promotional code has been used in breach of its intended terms or shared without permission.
We reserve the right to withdraw, amend or discontinue any promotional offer or discount code at any time where reasonably necessary.
Print-on-demand production
Many of our products are produced after an order has been placed.
Production begins shortly after an order is accepted. While we will always try to accommodate cancellation requests made before production begins, we cannot guarantee that production can be stopped once processing has commenced.
Products produced after an order is placed are not considered personalised solely because they are manufactured on demand.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, adverse weather, customs processing or production issues.

Returns and refunds
Returns, refunds, exchanges and cancellations are governed by our Returns and Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.
Digital products
Digital products are supplied electronically.
Where digital content is supplied immediately following purchase, customers expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that their statutory cancellation rights will end once the download or access process begins.
Digital products remain the intellectual property of Form & Fortitude unless otherwise stated.
Digital products may not be copied, reproduced, shared, resold, distributed or made available to third parties without our prior written permission.

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

- Brand names.
- Graphics.
- Product designs.
- Photographs.
- Written content.
- Downloads.
- Training materials.
- Website layout, downloadable resources, videos and other digital content.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.
